Fashion and Textiles Safari is a blog where students at RMIT’s School of Fashion and Textiles report and reflect on global trends. RMIT prides itself as a university with a global perspective. Through independent travel, study exchanges and overseas tours students are encouraged to analyse cultural practices related to fashion and textiles (design and consumption) to inform their own work and gain a broader perspective of the global context in which they operate.
We hope you enjoy the students’ insights and please feel free to respond and contribute in the comments section beneath each post.
